K44 has been a chunk since she was little! I remember watching her grow up, and
she has been a leader ever since. She is thick, deep ribbed, long bodied, and big
topped.

Dam G106 has a nice low birth to high weaning spread on her progeny ratios – just
what you want cows to do! G106 was to be a bred heifer in our 2010 auction, but
was pulled because she had a deep, nasty cut below her dewclaws right before the
sale. Nicknamed “Sugar” because she had to come in the chute every couple days
for weeks to put sugar on her wound to help re-grow skin. Despite all the trips to
the chute, she was a good sport. It turned out to be a good deal for us, as G106 is
emerging as one of our top young cows, and might just make the 2013 Pathfinder
report!

G106’s 2012 daughter by Carbon Copy will be in the keeper pen! She is a gorgeous
heifer that keeps getting better as she gets older.
