30-35 Angus Open Heifer Calves
Ron and Dorothy have consigned their open heifers to this sale every year and every year they are some of the
most sought after heifers at the sale. Their consignment again features 30-35 deep bodied, thick made Angus
open heifers. The heifers come right off the top of the calf crop. They are bred to work in any environment and
are produced from an Angus cowherd that is bred to be neat uddered, easy fleshing, productive, and fertile.
Their cowherd is straight Angus and influenced for many generations by Mc Cumber Angus Ranch bulls. Ron
and Dorothy consistently purchase top end bulls and focus on bulls out of outstanding females with fertility,
fleshing ease and udder quality. The sires to these heifers are sons of Sinclair Extra 4x13, Sitz JLS Emulation
EXT 536P, and OCC Missing Link. The heifers are March and April born, and the entire herd is under a
complete herd health program. They received Express 5 PHM, Vision 7, and Ivermectin Pour-On. The heifers
are Bangs vaccinated, and PG’ed open by a vet. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase herd building
commercial Angus heifer calves.

60 Open Angus Heifers
The Kraft’s consignment features 60 open Angus heifers right from the heart of their replacement pen. The
Kraft’s have a top cowherd that has been influenced for 13 years by Mc Cumber Angus Ranch genetics. They
sell some of the top steer calves in the area every year and have a cowherd that has been selected for fertility,
udder quality, and function. They purchase top end high performing bulls from outstanding dams and follow
strict herd health program. This set of March and April born females are mainly sired by sons and grandsons of
4X13, as well as two flush brothers by Missing Link out of one of the top 4X13 daughters in the Mc Cumber
herd. The dams of these heifers are daughters and granddaughters of VRD, 004, Timberwolf, Mc Cumber
Foundation 701, Mc Cumber Tradition 383, Sitz JLS Emulation EXT 536p, and EXT. The heifers were
vaccinated with Express 5 PHM, Vision 7 w/Somnus, and poured with Ivermectin. These Angus-Sourced tagged

75 Open Angus Heifers PG’d Open
Timm Ranch has sorted off a tremendous set of open Angus heifers. Curt and his sons have purchased many
bulls from Spicklers over the years. His cowherd is sired by sons of Danny Boy, Expedition, Foresight,
Alliance, Rock, and Grid Maker. These heifers are out of sons of Game Day, Sitz Rainmaker 6536, Lincoln,
and S Elevate. Curt weaned his calves in October and has them on a complete vaccination program including
Bovishield, One Shot, Vision 7 and Inforce, plus they PG’ed open and bangs vaccinated. These heifers should
develop into tremendous cows as they have genetics for high quality udders, fertility and extra performance.
