From the East side of Creston on Hwy. 34: Go North on
Osage past DeBruce Grain. Turn West on Howard Street, go to Cherry
Street and turn South. Livestock barn straight ahead on the left.

Transportation:
Creston, Iowa is located on the junction of Iowa Hwys
34 and 25. That would be 34 miles South of I-80 at Exit 86 or 28 miles
West of I-35 at the Osceola Exit 33. The Des Moines International Air-
port, Des Moines, Iowa is located 73 miles from Creston.
Trucking:
If notified ahead of time or at conclusion of sale, Hoover Angus
Farm will be glad to assist in finding reliable trucking.
Herd Health:
Cattle will have proper health papers available. For out-of-
state buyers, please be aware of your state’s health testing requirements
(if any) for imports. All bred females are ultrasound safe with calf. Ultra-
sound dates are approximate with no guarantee of an AI calf. We have
tried to determine AI or natural calf to the best of our ability. All bulls one
year of age or older are semen tested prior to the sale. Bulls less than
one year of age may be tested prior to the sale, or will be semen tested
prior to May 1 pickup. If buyer takes bull home sale day, semen check is
recommended prior to turn-out. The herd practices a calfhood vaccina-
tion program. Dams of all animals in this sale have been tested negative
for Johne’s disease on a yearly basis.
Insurance:
Insurance will be available sale day.
Terms and Conditions:
Cash or good check. Registration certificates will
be transferred to new owner(s) after payment is made in full. All cattle
will sell according to the terms and conditions of the American Angus
Association, a copy of which may be picked up in the office sale day.
Except for those stated in the American Angus Association Suggested
Sale Terms and Conditions, there are no warranties either expressed

Lunch:
The restaurant at the sale barn will be open and serving throughout
the sale.
Inspection of Sale Cattle:
Cattle may be seen any time at the farm prior
to Sunday, February 3. We will be in the process of moving the cattle
to the sale barn on Sunday. All cattle will be available to see at the sale
barn Monday morning, February 4, through the conclusion of the sale.
Liability:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise. The owner and the sale staff assume no liability for property
loss or any accidents that may occur.
NOTE:
Hoover Angus Farm is willing to board the bulls you buy in this sale
until May 1, 2013, free of charge.
You pay for them sale day, you stand
any risk or loss, we encourage you to insure them for 90 days. We will
feed them so they will grow, stay sound and be fertile. The buyer is re-
sponsible for picking up his bulls at our farm
on or before May 1, 2013
