Gail and I, all of the staff at CRC and all our GT partners want to welcome you to our eighth
annual CRC sale and the sixth sale in conjunction with GENETRUST. What a great year it has been for
our wonderful industry. A good part of the country is in great shape for water and grass, records are
being set every day for demand and of course
prices. This has led to many very optimistic cattlemen. The demand for Brangus and Brangus
influenced cattle has never been higher and the future certainly looks bright for Brangus with the right
genetic design.
The registered seed stock producer will have the opportunity on Friday night to make selections from
the heart of all the GENETRUST partner’s herds from Donor cows to proven mature cattle to some
of the best bred and open heifers. This group of cattle will be ready to go to work for you and make a
difference.
The bull sale will as always have a group of herd sire prospects that will also be capable of making a
difference in many registered herds, but just as exciting for me is the great set of bulls we have ready for
the commercial cattleman. This set of bulls is the result of many years of the use of all tools: A.I., E.T.
plus the use of some of the top bulls in our breed for clean-up and the most important tool we have -
CULLING. Buy these bulls with confidence. They will go home and breed cattle that will perform in
the pasture for years to come and also excel in the feedlot.
As always, expect a solid set of commercial cattle sired
by GENETRUST Bulls, some pairs with calves sired by
GENETRUST bulls, some bred heifers, and also open
heifers. These cattle will sure represent the quality
you have come to expect from GENETRUST.
