Please plan to be to the ranch by noon to look at cattle. We will be moving cattle out of
the viewing pens at 1 p.m. so family and sale staff can get to The DEC by sale time.

INSURANCE
All animals will be handled at the buyer’s risk. We highly recommend
insuring your purchases, especially the bulls that will be on feed
until March 1. We take the utmost care for the animals but accidents
and sickness do happen. In the event a bull gets sick or hurt he
will be immediately treated and you will be notified. After Jan. 1, it
is the buyer’s responsibility if an animal dies of sickness or animal
breaks a leg or has to be put down due to injury. See page 4 for more
information on insuring your purchases.

The sale will be broadcast via DV Auction so it is highly unlikely the sale
will be cancelled due to weather, however please check our website or

about the weather. We advise that you come prepared for snow and
very cold, windy weather.
