1.BIDDING:
The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to
bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
2.TERMS:
Terms of sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrange-
ments have been made with Sale Management prior to sale.
3. PURCHASER'S RISK:
Each animal becomes the risk of the Buyer
as soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation of the Seller to see that ani-
mals are fed and cared for free of charge to Buyer, until loaded for ship-
ment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs
sooner.
4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY:
A transferred certificate of reg-
istry will be furnished to the Buyer for each registered animal.
5. HEALTH:
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except as
otherwise announced. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each
animal requiring tuberculosis and brucellosis tests in accordance with
Federal Regulations.
6. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Any changes from information of any kind in
this catalog will be announced from the auction box and such announce-
ments shall take precedence.
7. BREEDING GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed by the sell-
er as outlined in the Red Angus Association of America Code of Ethical
Sale Practices and the Genetic Defect and Parentage Guarantee.
8. LIABILITY:
Neither owners, clerks, nor anyone connected with the
sale assumes responsibility- legal or otherwise for damages of any kind.
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk.
9. CONTRACT:
The above terms and conditions shall constitute a con-
tract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.

When an animal carries the FCCP tag it means it is age,
source and genetically verified, which is a definite advan-
tage in the marketplace and gives access to the Red Angus
Choice+ and Greater Omaha G.O. grids.
The FCCP tag is the best value in Age and Source
Verification; in addition the enrollment is very easy. Cross
Diamond Cattle Company will cost-share on tags with
producers who buy bulls or commercial bred heifers. The
FCCP tags are available in either the original dangle tag or
EID tag. We will gladly cost-share $.50 on either tag you
choose.
We encourage you to explore the commercial marketing
programs available through the Red Angus Association of
America. From the Red Angus Stockyard to the Feeder
Fax, the RAAA is a great partner in marketing commercial
Red Angus cattle.
