GENERAL INFORMATION

TERMS –
Terms of the sale are cash unless prior
credit arrangements are established between buyer
and seller. Settlements are to be made with clerk
following the conclusion of the auction.
HEALTH –
Bulls have been vaccinated and
boostered with BoviShield Gold 5 with VibrioLepto
5, Vision 7 with somnus and backpoured 2 times with
Ivermectin. All bulls have been tested negative for PI
BVD. All bulls will have passed a breeding soundness
exam and certificate will be provided. All two-year old
bulls will be Trich tested negative.
SUPPLEMENTAL SHEETS –
Supplemental sheets
will be available sale day with scrotal circumference
on all of the bulls. If you desire this information
beforehand contact Duane Yearous.
WINTERING ARRANGEMENTS –
Any yearling
bull selling for $1500 or more or 2 year old for $2000
or more, buyer can choose to send the bull(s) back
to Yearous Cattle Co. for Wintering at no cost until
April1, 2016, or take the bull home with you on sale
day and deduct $50.00 per bull. Any bull remaining
after April 1 will be charged feed cost on a daily basis.
Please make arrangements for extended feeding
period. We encourage all bulls to be picked up no
later than May 1, 2016. All bulls become responsibility
of buyer when sold. YCC assumes no liability for
injury or death to bulls returned for feeding. Bulls will
be handled and cared for as if they were our own.
Any abnormal health or vet costs will be assumed by
buyer. Transportation of bulls returned for feeding will
be provided by YCC.
ALL BULLS SELL FREE OF ANY CURRENT
RECOGNIZED GENETIC DEFECT BY THE
AMERICAN ANGUS ASSOCIATION
Any buyer requesting carcass epds on their
purchased bull(s), Yearous Cattle Company
will participate in a cost share basis on a
genetic/DNA test with the American Angus
Association. Cost will be on a 50/50 basis
and information will be shared with buyer
and seller.
Retained interest-You will notice in the
catalog that Yearous Cattle Co. is retaining
an interest in certain bulls. Buyer owns
all possession and salvage rights of the
bull purchased. YCC retains an interest for
possible future use through A.I. and reserves
the right for collection at sellers expense and
buyers convenience. If buyer also chooses
to use through A.I. or participate in semen
sales, the costs will be split accordingly.
