GROWTH PLUS CARCASS

has done an excellent job for the Cavender program as
a donor female. She will complement the new owner’s
program with her genetic potential to improve growth
and carcass traits in your program while still keeping birth
weight at a very desirable level. She recorded impressive
performance data as she ratioed 112 at weaning, 115 at
yearling and had ultrasound ratios for rib eye area of 107
and IMF of 108. She currently ranks in the top 30% of
the breed for weaning weight and yearling weight and
her EPD numbers for carcass traits rank in the top 10%
for rib eye area and top 20% for IMF. A Hombre son was
selected for use in the Chimney Rock program through
