One key to success in the cattle business is trying to
maintain a high level of consistency throughout a
program, time after time after time. This choice lot
captures two of the most successful cow families in the
breed at repeating that pattern. Landau progeny have
proven an innate ability to be one like another over and
over and over again, unlike many other bulls in the breed
frankly. By the same token the 535’s stemming back to
535R3 have done the same. The dam of this lot may well
be the most consistent producer in the Schmidt herd
and these two females are a perfect example of that. On
paper these heifers show the ability to add pounds to
their progeny as well as SC & REA. With their balance in
phenotype and genotype alike one can rest assured that
