Two years ago the Schlenker family offered in their Wilkinson Farms Bull Sale a special female lot that was pick of four Purebred Simmental full sisters that ranked in the top 1% of the breed
for both API and TI. It is well known that Gibbs Farms searches diligently every year for new genetics, almost always in the form of purchasing new herd sires or semen. It is very rare for us
to purchase a female, but we could not pass up an opportunity to own such a genetically superior female from such a great breeding program. Lot 151 is the first natural born calf out of the
heifer we selected that cold February day in North Dakota. He also ranks in the top 1% of the breed for API and TI, but it does not stop there. He also ranks in the top 1% for WW, YW, ADG,
