The Lot 14 and 147 sons of BOUNTY are maternal brothers to GIBBS 1100Y HY DEACON who is leased to Select Sires and GIBBS 3009A ELEMENT who is leased to ABS Global. In
our 2014 sale, Rust Mountain View Ranch of North Dakota purchased the dam of these bulls as the ³Pick of the Herd´ and in an effort to continue the genetics of this great cow in our herd,
we purchased some frozen embryos in their sale the following year, resulting in these two BOUNTY sons. BOUNTY adds some growth and frame so these bulls will work well where some
increased skeletal size is needed.

T has proven to have considerably more performance and
power than we originally expected. H
is progeny are heavy muscled,
big
body,
long sided animals with a very attractive look. W
e used him on
heifers last year and did not have issues calving him in our fall calving
southern location,
but we would not recommend him for use on heifers.
Due to his progeny data taking his growth numbers up,
the negative
correlation between growth and milk has taken his M
M
EPD down some,
but we still have a very confident feeling that he will sire good working
daughters. Even with the increase in his growth numbers,
he still ranks
in the top 2
0% for Stay EPD and top 5
% for A
PI
plus a top 1% ranking
for docility. W
e retained a group of his daughters that will be bred later
this fall as replacements and we are looking for them to develop into
