Cattle Viewing:
The Birnie and Sandbur Ridge bulls can be viewed at Sandbur
Ridge’s facility near Petersburg, NE, until March 22nd. Cooksley’s
bulls can be viewed at their ranch 4 miles north of Anselmo, NE,
until March 22nd. After this time the bulls will be at the Valentine
Livestock Market.

Guarantee:
All bulls are guaranteed breeders and are guaranteed healthy on sale
day. They will have passed a semen test and breeding soundness
exam. Scrotal measurements will be available sale day.
Bulls are guaranteed to be breeders during the first breeding season.
Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first
turnout of the bulls. Individual breeders will work with customers on
a case-by-case basis concerning guarantees.
Delivery and Load-out:
We are offering free delivery to all points in the State of Nebraska.
Delivery to other states will be at the lowest cost possible from the
seller’s base operation. Bulls not delivered by April 15 will incur a $4
per day feeding cost thereafter. A $100 credit will be offered for bulls
taken home on sale day by the new owner.
Sight-Unseen Purchases:
We encourage you to utilize DV Auction, Inc. as a means to facilitate
your absentee purchases. However, if you are unable to use this ser-
vice, please feel free to contact any one of the respective breeders or
sales day contacts to accommodate your requests. Let us know your
needs and budget range and we will work with honesty and integrity
to help purchase the best possible bull on your behalf. If you are
unsatisfied with the purchase, then you don’t own the animals.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his deci-
sion on such matters will be final.
• All sales are cash in U.S. funds unless prior arrangements have
been made with the sellers.
• Any announcements made on sale day take precedence over
printed material.
• Health certificates will be furnished for shipment anywhere in the
United States.
• Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyers’ risk.
• Anyone attending this sale attends at his/her own risk.
• A retained interest by the seller will be designated as such in the
sale. The buyer receives full possession and full salvage value on
all bulls with a retained ownership interest.
• All registered cattle sell under the suggested Sale Terms and
Conditions set forth by the Red Angus Association of America.
