Sale Information
Sale Date is March 18th
Bulls will be penned by 11 a.m. for viewing.
Video of bulls will be available on our website at
janssenredangus.com or DVAuction’s website at
dvauction.com.
Lunch will be furnished.
SILENT AUCTION:
1. Register for a buyer number prior to the start of
the sale.
2. Silent Auction will be from 1-2 p.m.
3. A representative for the ranch will receive all bids
and post them.
4. At close of the silent auction, there will be a close-
out to settle all bidding. At this time bidding is
open to all bidders.
5. Absentee bidding is accepted through DVAuction
or by phone.
6. If online bidding, we recommend registering by
March 17th.
7. Buyer’s Risk: Bulls become risk of the buyer as
soon as they are sold. They will be fed and cared
for until April 1st free of charge.
Online Bids:
Bidders who are successful in making
purchases via internet will be contacted by the ranch
after the sale to settle payment and make shipping ar-
rangements.
Telephone Bids:
Capabilities to bid over the phone
on sale day are limited. Please make arrangements
with the ranch prior to sale day to do so.

SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES
We can discuss the bulls over the phone and select
one for you. All sight unseen purchases are guaran-
teed.
RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST
Janssen Red Angus will retain 1/3 semen interest on
all bulls sold. Buyers get 100% possession and resale
value when sold. This gives Janssen Red Angus the
option to collect, use, and market semen from the bull
at our expense and at the buyer’s convenience.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee our bulls to be sound, fertile, and of
quiet disposition. If not; a refund, credit, or replace-
ment will be available.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Bulls can be picked up on sale day or delivery is
available. Delivery arrangements and payment may
be made at clerk’s desk after the sale. We appreciate
your help in getting the bulls picked up or delivered in
a timely manner.
Up to 100 miles: $50
101 to 250 miles: $100
251 to 400 miles: $200
Over 400 miles: at cost
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
A) The above terms and conditions of sale shall
constitute an agreement between buyer and seller
of each animal and shall be equally binding upon
both. Each sale or resale of an animal consitutes a
separate transaction.
B) All persons attending the sale do so at their own
risk. Neither Janssen Red Angus, nor any other
person connected with the management of the sale
assumes any liability, legal or otherwise.
