Herd Health:
All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for
immediate shipment. All bulls will be fertility tested and will be
considered sound breeders. See inside back cover for further
information regarding breeding guarantee and health protocols.
Trucking:
Cattle may be loaded following the sale, but can remain at the
sale site until trucking or pick up can be arranged. Truckers
believed to be reliable will be available to assist you in shipping
your purchases.
Terms & Conditions:
Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the
American Angus Association (
ed_sale_terms.pdf) with these exceptions: All supplements to the
sale or announcements from the block take precedence over what
is written in the sale book. Wann Ranch retains 1/3 semen interest
only, no possession, in all bulls selling. Buyer has 100% posses-
sion, use of service and salvage value.
Liability:
All persons attending the sale and related functions do so at their
own risk. Wann Ranch, and the other sale consignees, along
with the sale management and staff, assume no liability, legal or
otherwise, for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Sale Settlement:
All cattle are to be settled for prior to load out unless prior
arrangement has been made. Terms are cash.
