Duchess is the most complete Angus cow we’ve ever found. She’s a
“can’t miss” when mated to 3C Macho and Meyer 734. We have sold a lot of embryos
out of these matings and everyone has been extremely pleased with the results. Pictured
are daughters, one that topped our pasture sale at $4,500, one raised by Tom Robinson,
Goggon, IA, and one we have retained and is in this sale (914W). I just can’t say enough
about the progeny we’ve seen. The bulls from this mating have also been very complete

This cow has been a real top producer for us year in and year out. She is out of a big time
Angus donor we owned with Ruppert and Brian Johnson that is featured in the embryo
offering in this sale. 914 herself was reserve champion percentage female in Spencer as
a calf and beat some pretty good bred heifers that year to get it done. We decided from
the beginning to breed her club calf and she hasn’t disappointed. She produced a couple
really good Monopoly steers and anyone who saw the calves in our fall sale this year will
probably remember the really good Believe In Me heifer that brought $4,500. All of her
calves have always been really big boned and really hairy. She could easily be bred Sim-
mental as well, and I would be excited to see how that goes. Preged safe to Man Among
Boys. No clean up bull.
