The Red Alliance team wants to welcome you to Bryan,
Texas and the highly acclaimed Brazos County Exposition
Center on February 27th. The Red Alliance program
established in 2003 single handedly inspired the explosion of
Red Angus growth in Oklahoma. Our many customers in
Texas urged us to expand our sale offering to include Texas.
Although this will only be our second sale in Texas we are
hardly newcomers.
Our team of cooperators includes some of the most well-
known and established Red Angus breeders in the breed. The
team was built with breeders that have an eye for good cattle,
the integrity to stand behind their cattle and a commitment to
being progressive in delivering high quality Red Angus
genetics to our customers.
Come join us on sale day to get in on the ground floor of the
“Red Revolution” and the Red Angus breed. This breed has
exploded in popularity for a number of easy to understand
reasons. What are those reasons?
• Red hides = more heat tolerance
• Red Angus sired calves finish in the feedlot much quicker
than black hided calves
• Market premiums for calves by major packers such as Tyson
• Red Angus sired calves in large lots top video sales with
major marketers
• Great maternal characteristics in females
• Outstanding dispositions
• For those of you that have a cow herd with ear and long
sheaths – they will help clean up their calves and reduce any
docking you get on sale day
We want to invite all Texas Red Angus breeders to join us on
sale day. For many years there has been a drought of
registered Red Angus females to build the existing Texas herd.
The registered females offered on February 27th will be the
largest offering in Texas in many years excluding two dispersal
sales. Don’t miss this opportunity to selectively add fresh new
quality to your breeding program.
We will also be offering a group of commercial females on
sale day. If you like this group and want more we can assist
you in that effort.
