Terms
Cash. Animals sold to highest bidder. Announcements at sale block
take precedence.
Absentee/Sight Unseen Bids:
For those unable to attend the sale we will guarantee your satisfaction on
a bid. We have those every year and have always had satisfied customers.

Volume Discount:
Buy 3 or more bulls and receive a 5% discount on each. Heifers are
excluded from discounts
Guarantee:
In accordance with the Simmental Association, Bulls are guaranteed for
the first breeding season–a replacement bull or credit on next year’s sale
minus salvage value. See Jim Gies for mortality insurance. Call us as soon
as possible if you have a problem or concerns.

Directions:
From the west on HWY 61/6 into Imperial turn left on Adelaide just be-
fore town; From the east on Hwy 6 go through town and turn right on
Adelaide; From 1-80 exit 126 Ogallala, South on Hwy 61 to Imperial,
turn right on Hwy 6 then turn left on Adelaide.
Lunch:
Lunch will be provided before the sale.
GCCR Bull Development
Bulls received no creep feed prior to weaning. They were developed on
Purina Accuration in a large lot.
Heifer Development
Heifers received no creep prior to weaning. Heifers are developed on a
ration of silage and hay.
Wintering/Delivery
GCCR will board any bulls not taken at the sale free until April 30. Delivery
will be scheduled after the sale to start as soon as possible. Please let the
sale clerks know the day of the Sale if you are taking the bulls or if you
want us to deliver. Please take heifers home sale day or arrange to pick
them up from us as soon as possible. Bulls and heifers not taken sale day
are brought back to ranch shortly after the sale so that we are taking
care of them.
Final Data:
Actual weights will be taken shortly before the sale and a breeding
soundness exam and fertility test will be done by Dr. Troy Worth.
Genetic testing, color testing and ultrasound results will be posted on
DV Auction and our website around March 1 or as soon as received.
GCCR
(Gengenbach Cattle Company Ranch) is our prefix for all
registered cattle.
Semen Interest:
GCCR will retain a 1/3 revenue sharing interest in semen from the Sale
Bulls. Buyers will have full possession.
