Value By Design consignors will work with all buyers on finding the
most economical trucking for their purchases as well as putting to-
gether loads and delivering cattle when feasible. Trucking to Michigan
will be free and there will be several trailers headed that way for stops
along that route.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any cattle purchased sight unseen are customer satisfaction guaran-
teed. All cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions set forth
by the ASA, a copy will be available sale day. All announcements made
sale day take precedence over printed sale book.
LIABILITY
All persons in attendance do so at their own risk. Neither the sale barn
owners, consignors or sale management assume any responsibility,
legal, or otherwise, for damages, accidents, or theft. All cattle are
at the purchasers risk as soon as sold. Assistance will be given in
loading in shipping, but no risk will be assumed by anyone associated
with the sale.
