The flush will guarantee a minimum of five (5) transferrable embryos with a split
after twelve (12), provided conventional semen is used. Flush work will be done at a
mutually agreeable location, with all semen and flush expenses to be financed by the
buyer. Half down on sale day, balance due at time of flush.
