Back in 2003, we got a heck of a deal on a halfblood baldy open heifer from our good friend,
Oakley Kershner. Eleven years later, she’s generated multiple champions and is still a leading
producer in our herd. We’ve also retained a daughter and a couple granddaughters to carry
on her legend. That gives us the opportunity to offer this January belle - another granddaugh-
ter - to you. She’s only the second daughter that we’ve offered out of our 2007 National
Western Calf Champion, Wishing Well Bea. We think her mating to Duracell clicked, but we’ll
leave the official evaluation up to you. Invest with confidence.
When we elected to flush our Red Velvet cow to Make It Rain, we envisioned great things.
Red Velvet has long been one of our best females, producing daughters that have excelled
in both the show ring and the cowherd, and sons that have served as profitable herd sires in
multiple states. And Make It Rain has flat-out worked on our cows, producing winners and high
sellers for the past several years. We have a few of these full sisters on the ground this year and
we’re quite pleased with them all. This beauty will catch your eye with her colorful pattern and
overall style and she’ll keep you looking with her balance and completeness. To make the
