Check-In & Inspection of Cattle
Sale cattle will be checked in between 4 pm & 6 pm on Friday,
September 26th. Cattle will be available for viewing at the
World Beef Expo after 6 pm until the time of the sale on
Saturday, Sept. 27th. Pre-sale display of sale cattle, 1 hour prior
to sale at approximately 1:30 pm. Sale cattle stall assignments
will be made at check-in.
Insurance
Insurance will be made available through Hugh F. Miller
Insurance Agency, Inc, American Lives Stock Inc on behalf of
Markel Insurance Company, Inc after each sale if insurance is
needed on your purchase.

Terms and Conditions
Terms for the WBE Showcase Sale are cash or check made
payable to Larry Martin Cattle Sales. Settlement will be made
to the clerk immediately following the sale and before the
cattle are loaded and removed from Wisconsin State Fair Park.
Buyer will receive a paid receipt upon completion of the sale,
show rights become the property of the buyer unless specified
at time of sale.
Liability
All persons attending the sales do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise. The owner of the animals, Larry Martin Cattle Sales
and World Beef Expo assume no liability for property loss or any
accidents that may occur.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block regarding cattle
selling in these sales will take precedence over information
printed in this catalog. Buyers unable to attend the sale may
send their bids to the ringmen, auctioneers or sale manager.
Bids will be handled as if you were present.

WBE Showcase Sale will be held in the Wisconsin State Fair
Coliseum.

Registration Certificates
Certificates will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s ex-
pense. Buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name
and address for making transfers. All calves born before the
sale will be registered by the seller. All calves born after the
sale are to be registered by the purchaser. Proper breeding
statements shall be signed by the seller for the buyer to use in
registering calves born after the sale. All embryos must have
recovery sheets at sale site.
Herd Health
Dr. Valerie Ujazdowski, official WBE Vet (715.752.4747 or www.
unitedveterinaryservice.com). All cattle will be accompanied
by appropriate health papers for immediate shipment to most
areas of the United States.
