EPDInformation:
Please note that EPDs may
change from the time the catalog is printed until the registra-
tion papers are transfered.
Announcements:
Announcements at the sale by the
owners, auctioneer or sale management will take precedence
over statements in the sale catalog.
Trucking:
Reliable truckers will be available or contact
us to assist in making arrangements for shipping.

Embryos:
All embryos are top quality embryos (grade #1
& #2).
Most are frozen individually. All are eligible for do-
mestic transport only. All embryos are stored at the farm.
Embryos may be picked up sale day.
Donor Females:
Complete flush records are available
to the prospective buyers. Anyone interested in specific infor-
mation may contact The Greenbrier Cattle Company office
anytime prior to the sale. All records will be at the sale site by
Friday, November 23, 2012.
Insurance:
Insurance representatives will be on hand
sale day to assist buyers for their insurance needs. When set-
tling for purchases, just indicate your insurance needs with
the sale clerk and insurance may be bound at that time.
Sale Order:
A complete sale order will be made by the
sale management and posted by 7:00 am on Saturday, No-
vember 24, 2012.
Load Out:
Since this is a large number of cattle to sell,
we ask your cooperation in refraining from loading out your
purchases during the sale. Load out will begin at the conclu-
sion of the sale.
Bidding:
Each animal for sale will be sold to the highest
bidder. Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase, and the
final bid shall constitute a binding contract between the Buyer
and Seller. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids
and his decision in such matters shall be final. Bids by phone,
mail or wire will be accepted and handled confidentially by
sale management.
Terms:
Terms of the sale are cash or check unless satisfac-
tory credit arrangements have been established. All settle-
ments are to be made with the clerks of the sale immediately
following the conclusion of the sale and before any cattle will
be released from the sale premises.
Health:
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment
except as otherwise announced and health papers will be fur-
nished for each animal of age as required. All coming two
year old bulls and yearling bulls all have passed a BSE by li-
censed veterinarian
Identification:
All animals have been checked for read-
able tattoos, and each such identification corresponds to the
registration certificate.
Registration Certificates:
A certificate of registry
will be furnished for each animal at no cost to the Buyer
within forty-five (45) days after settlement of animals pur-
chased.
