ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
FOR INJURY OF BULLS:
Frey Angus Ranch will guarantee bulls for injury through
the first breeding season which will end as of September 1st
in the year of purchase. A replacement will be made
through credit in forthcoming sales for those bull which
fail to breed as a result of injury. Salvage value of
$2,000 per bull will be deducted from credit. Buyer will
retain full salvage of injured bull. Injury resulting in death
or death of the bull will not be the responsibility of Frey
Angus Ranch. This is an insurable risk that the purchaser can
obtain coverage for through Hartland Mutual Insurance Co.,
at time of purchase, Lynn Frey, Agent.
INJURY OR DEATH PRIOR TO DELIVERY:
Injury resulting in death or death of the bull prior to delivery
will not be the responsibility of Frey Angus Ranch. This is an
insurable risk with coverage offered at time of sale at the
following cost of coverage:
1 Month Term........................................ 2.5% of Purchase Price
2 Month Term........................................ 3.0% of Purchase Price
3 Month Term........................................ 3.5% of Purchase Price
6 Month Term........................................ 4.0% of Purchase Price
1 Year Term............................................ 6.0% of Purchase Price
SATISFACTORY SEMEN EVALUATION ON BULLS:
Frey Angus Ranch will guarantee a satisfactory semen
evaluation prior to the first breeding season on all bulls
selling. This will be prior to the date of June 1st in the year
of purchase. A replacement will be made available or
credit in forthcoming sales for those bulls which fail to pass a
satisfactory semen evaluation in this time period. The
testing and return of the bull will be the responsibility of
the purchaser.
BREEDING GUARANTEE ON FEMALES:
All open registered females purchased are guaranteed by
Frey Angus Ranch to become safe in calf as of October 1st
in the year of purchase. Any female determined to be open
at this date can be returned to Frey Angus Ranch at the
buyer’s expense with credit provided in forthcoming sales at
the amount of purchase.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS ON BULLS:
5% on 5 or More Bulls Purchased.
10% on 10 or More Bulls Purchased.
