SEMEN INTEREST
– Frey Ranch will retain 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest in all bulls selling in this sale unless otherwise
stated. Buyer receives full possession and 100% salvage value.
ORDER BIDS
– Buyers unable to be present may contact us for assistance. Bulls sent on order by management will be
guaranteed to meet the buyer’s acceptance. Buyers may also contact the Auctioneers or ring men for assistance.
TERMS
– The terms of the sale are cash or check payable at the sale facility unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been
made prior to the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the
clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
– Errors discovered in the catalog will be corrected by announcements from the auction block at sale time,
and such corrections will take precedence over the printed material in the catalog.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
– 5% on 5 or more bulls purchased, and 10% for 10 or more bulls purchased.
SALE LOCATION:
The sale will be held at Frey Angus Ranch, located four miles south and one-half mile west of Granville, North
Dakota. Granville is approximately 20 miles east of Minot on Highway 2.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Minot, North Dakota, has excellent lodging facilities. The Grand International (701-852-3161), Holiday Inn
Riverside (701-852-2504), Comfort Inn (701-852-2201), Dakota Inn (701-838-2700) or Kelly Inn (701-852-4300) would provide
excellent accommodations. For reservations call the motel directly or contact Lynn Frey (701-728-6678).
TRANSPORTATION:
Delta, Frontier, Allegiant, & United Airlines serve Minot. The Freys would be happy to meet planes
upon request.
TRUCKING:
Free delivery on bulls will be provided by Frey Angus Ranch in North Dakota and adjacent states. Elsewhere at cost.
Frey Angus Ranch will assist on making trucking arrangements on females.
HEALTH:
All bulls were preconditioned in September with Bovishield 5 Gold, Ultrabac 7/Somubac, one shot and a booster of
Resvar 4/Somubac. Bulls were also poured with Dectomax at weaning and in December. Bulls will be furnished with interstate
health papers as needed.
INSURANCE:
Insurance will be available sale day.
– All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller and sales management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for
any accidents occurring in, on, or about the premises. The buyers must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and
representations made hereunder.
LUNCH:
A complimentary beef barbecue lunch will be served at noon on sale day.
