On behalf of the Beef Maker breeders, sale staff and myself, I would like to cordially invite you to be with us
on Friday February, 15, 2013 for the 3rd Annual Beef Maker Bull and Registered Female Sale in Horton, AL
at the Debter Hereford Farm Sale Facility. This year’s offering includes 58 lots of performance oriented Bulls
and 71 genetically superior female lots.
This offering for the 2013 Beef Maker sale is stacked deep with proven predictable performance genetics. We
have taken the guess work out of choosing your next bull as we have strived to breed and produce cattle that
are problem free, come with ease at birth, have rapid growth, excel in carcass merit, and are very maternal.
The females are as deep as we have ever offered as they excel on paper from an EPD standpoint, genetically,
phenotypically and come to you at a very young and productive age. Many of the females are carrying service
from some of the most sought after bulls in the Hereford breed from a performance standpoint.
We had the misfortune of losing our resident Herd Sire “2328” this past year and have decided to take the
limited semen off the open market and will only be offering it twice a year at auction with one being the
Annual Beef Maker Sale. He is unmatched by any bull in the Hereford breed when you talk about his EPD
profile for WW, YW and CHB Index.
I would like to personally thank my good friends and respected cattlemen the Debter family for allowing us
to use their farm and sale facility for the Annual Beef Maker Sale which they will be selling 6 elite open ET
heifer calves. The Debter family does not sell many females so this is a rare opportunity to acquire some of
their most elite genetics.
