is located about 50 miles north of Birmingham, AL. Birmingham
International Airport has excellent commercial air service by
numerous commercial airlines. Huntsville Airport is located about
50 miles north of Debter Hereford Farm and has excellent air service.
Absentee Bids
Absentee bids may be handled by the owners or any of the sale
staff. Please feel free to call any of the Beef Maker breeders or
Dustin Hedrick at DVAuction.
Fertility
All bulls selling have been fertility tested and will be accompanied
by proper health certificates.

Bull Delivery
We offer free delivery to central points in Alabama and adjoining
states, on total bull purchases of $7,500 or more. Also included
are Louisiana and Florida. Other deliveries at cost. Trucking will
be available sale day.

Terms
Terms of the sale are cash and each animal will be sold to the
highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any disputes as to bids.
Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over any
printed material. Each animal will become the property of the buyer
as soon as sold and will be taken care of for a reasonable amount of
time after the sale at the buyer’s risk. We strongly advise buyers to
insure their purchases. Livestock mortality insurance will be available
sale day.
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the
owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which
may occur.
Guarantee
All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders. Any animal failing to
breed within six months of sale date, may be returned to the seller
if in good condition. The purchaser must notify the seller of his
dissatisfaction with an animal in writing within six months of the sale
date. We then reserve the right to try said animal for a period of six
months. If, at the end of that time, the animal fails to breed, a like
animal will be substituted or the money refunded.
All females selling that are determined to be safe in calf will sell that
way and will carry no further guarantee. All open females will sell
as sound breeders. If for some reason those females don’t become
pregnant after proper care and management while running with
a bull, the sellers will need to be contacted. They will have one
breeding season to determine pregnancy because it takes 90 days
with a bull to become pregnant. If within those 90 days of running
with a bull it can’t be determined as pregnant, the owner will receive
their credit purchase price of the female back from the seller.
