Presale food and refreshments at the ranch, Tuesday evening 6:00
p.m. Acomplimentary lunchwill be served on sale day starting at 11:30.
Liability
All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. The owners
or sale staff assume no liability, for property loss or accidents that
may occur.
Sale Location
The sale will be held at Stucky Ranch headquarters which is located
6 miles east of Kingman on U.S. Highway 54 to 70th Avenue Exit,
then 1 mile south. (See map on page 60)
Inspection of the cattle
The sale cattle and the cowherd are available to be seen anytime
at the ranch. Please call ahead if possible.

Herd Health
All bulls and heifers have been vaccinated for IBR, BVD, PI3, BRSV,
Blackleg 8, Vibrio and Lepto 5. All bulls and heifers have been
poured with Dectomax.
Terms and Conditions
Settlement should be made on your purchase at the conclusion of
the sale. Cattle will not be released from the sale premises until pay-
ment is received in full. Purchaser assumes the risk of death or injury
to their livestock immediately after the animal is sold. Insurance is
available to insure the animal until delivery to the buyer’s ranch, at
the buyer’s cost. Stucky Ranch will provide health certificates for
interstate shipment to any of the lower 48 states. Any other health
related testing not required on the health certificates will be the re-
sponsibility of the buyer. Cattle sell under the standard terms and
conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association.
Stucky Ranch reserves the right to retain a 1/3 revenue sharing
interest in all bulls selling. Any bulls in which a 1/2 revenue sharing
interest is being retained will be announced prior to their selling.
Delivery
Bulls will be delivered to your ranch or a nearby major stockyard,
free of charge, anywhere in the Continental United States. Pick
up your bulls sale day and receive a $25 per bull discount from
the sale price. Registered females will be delivered free of charge
on the purchase of 5 head or more to one buyer anywhere in the
Continental United States. Some cases will require the buyer to
meet the trucker at a stockyard or suitable drop off point. We try
to be as safe and efficient as possible with your purchase. Please
notify the settlement clerk if you have specific delivery instructions.
Breeding Guarantee
All bulls and breeding age females sold through the sale are guar-
anteed to be satisfactory breeders for the first breeding season
following the sale. All bulls selling have been semen evaluated,
scrotal measured and given a breeding soundness exam by Dr. Larry
Bush, Kingman Veterinary Clinic. All yearling heifers are either guar-
anteed safe in calf or have been given a reproductive tract exam.
If there is a reproductive problem, contact us immediately and a
replacement bull will be provided if available, or a credit equal to the
animal’spurchase price minus salvage value will be issued for the
replacement of one animal. This guarantee does not cover illness
or death to the animal. There will be livestock mortality insurance
available on sale day at the settlement table at the buyer’s expense.
EPD’s
EPD’s included in the catalog are based on the Spring 2015
American Angus Association Sire Evaluation Report. EPDs of sale
animals are current as of 2/06/2015.
