Business was our $31,000 choice, the number one feed efficiency bull at -5.63 Residual Feed Intake and the biggest
ribeye bull that sold out of over 800 bulls on test. He has never been beat in numerous progeny RFI efficiency and
performance tests against many of the most used bulls in the breed. He started out with a 60 pound birth weight and
weaned at 774 from a nice uddered first calf dam. While on test he converted at 5.05# feed/# gain, had a 114 gain
ratio, 111 yearling weight ratio and consumed just 15.7 pounds of dry matter feed per day. Both his sire and sire of
his dam are pathfinder producers maternally and there are 10 pathfinders in the first three generations. The Business
progeny are born easily, grow fast, have tremendous muscle, correctness and profile, and are some of the top gaining
on test. His daughters in production are outstanding. His proven feed efficiency and maternal heritage make him the
perfect choice to build a cow herd around; and an even better choice if you’re retaining ownership and feeding cattle.

We purchased Black Cedar for his total performance, maternal heritage and proven efficient outcross lineage. His sire
is known for his masculinity, breed character, high docility, large scrotal, high performance and maternal efficiency.
He was raised and thrived in a harsh, dry grassland area of Montana. His nice uddered daughters are efficient, fertile
and proven productive. Granger Black Cedar adds even more growth and performance from a pathfinder dam and
extremely high producing cow family. His stats are BW 84 Adj, WW 821, Gain Ratio 120, 365 Day Wt 1425 Ratio 119,
Scrotal 40.5, Ribeye Ratio 111 and Marbling Ratio 108 all while consuming less feed than expected with a zero RFI.

Band Warrior is an outcross calving ease and proven efficient addition to our breeding program. He is as thick, wide
based, big chested and shapely as you can make a bull with natural curvature and boldness to his muscle pattern and
rib shape. He had a 113 nursing ratio, 115 gain ratio and 110 final index off test. He comes from a proven maternal
and efficiency pedigree that traces to the proven 4465 cow numerous times. He did all this while only consuming 17.9
pounds of high roughage feed per day to earn him an outlying Residual Feed Intake of minus 2.5. We have used him
successfully on heifers and are looking forward to getting his efficient ultra easy fleshing daughters in production.
His first daughters now in production are simply outstanding with milk, mothering and fleshing ability second to none.

WW 800/113, YW 1435, REA17.2/118 and Marbling 5.88/124. His dam is a picture perfect pathfinder Solution daughter
