SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
CASH. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately
after the sale and will not be released until settlement has
been made. Cattle will not be transfered until paid for in full.
GUARANTEE
All cattle sell fully guaranteed under Suggested Terms and
Conditions of the American Angus Association.
HERD HEALTH
All cattle will have interstate health papers required for
shipping into other sections of the United States. All bred
females will have been pregnancy examined and pregnancy
status will be available sale day. Females of age will be calfhood
vaccinated. All sale animals will have been dewormed with
Ivomec Plus and have received the following vaccinations:
IBR, BVD (type 1 & 2), PI3, and BRSV, vibrio, lepto and
9-way clostridium. All bulls will be semen tested and bulls
two years of age and older have been tested negative for Trich.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
The animals will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s
expense. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk his proper
name and address for making transfers. All calves born before
the sale are to be registered by the seller; all calves born
after the sale are to be registered by the purchaser.
TRUCKING
FREE TRUCKING provided on LOAD LOTS. Trucking
will be available for hire on sale day. If we can assist with
your trucking arrangements, we will be happy to do so.
INSURANCE
Insurance for your purchases will be available sale day at the
clerk’s desk through Harding and Harding. We recommend
that insurance be obtained on lots purchased.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements at the sale by the owner or the auctioneer
will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog. We
reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our
specifications prior to sale time.
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither the owners nor
the sale manager assume liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may
occur. As the sale manager, TAYLOR MADE ENTERPRISES is only an agent for
the seller and has no responsibilities other than those involved in conducting the
sale.
