INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
Cattle may be viewed at
the farm any time prior to the sale.
HEALTH:
Interstate health papers furnished on all cattle
selling.
TERMS:
Free delivery within 300 mile radius. Delivery
will begin around March 1 after bulls have been semen
tested.
DISCOUNTS:
Volume discounts will be 5% on five or
more bulls.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All cattle sell under the
suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus
Association.

Cattle are the property of the buyer as
soon as sold, with buyer taking complete risk.

sale day.
LIABILITY:
All persons attending this sale do so at their
own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or the behavior
of the animals. The Owner, Auction Service, Sale Staff and
hosts assume no liability for property loss or any accidents
that may occur.

Mohnen Angus
guarantees our bulls to be sound, fertile and reproductive
in accordance with the rules and regulations of the
American Angus Association.
DIRECTIONS TO THE RANCH:
From White Lake
go 5 miles south to the white Mohnen Angus sign on
258th St., then turn west 4 miles and 1/4 mile north.
If you are coming from the west on Hwy. 45 from Platte,
go to the Grass Ranch Colony sign on 258th St. and turn
east three miles and 1/4 mile north.
We are retaining one-third semen interest and revenue
sharing on all bulls selling unless otherwise stated.
