2ND ANNUAL PRODUCTION SALE

TERMS:
Terms of this sale are cash, unless prior arrangements have been made with the
management. No animals will be permitted to be removed from the premises
until settlement is made.
BIDDING:
All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding bids
will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision will be final.
HEALTH:
All animals will have proper individual health certificates making them eligible for
transport to destinations within the United States.
REGISTRATION PAPERS:
Registration papers will be transferred to buyer for each individual register animal.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
:
Any announcements from the block will take precedence over the catalog.
ACCIDENTS:
Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety the safety and
comfort of our customers, Bodine’s 9th Ave Cattle Company, consignors, and
auctioneer assumes no responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability,
legal or otherwise, in an event of accident or loss of personal property.
BUYERS RISK:
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be
cared for as agreed, but at the purchaser’s risk as to loss or injury.
BREEDER’S GUARANTEE:
All animals in the sale are guaranteed to be breeders, provided they are properly
handled and cared for. If any animal fails to breed, the seller must be notified
within six months of the sale date. If the animal is in a sound, healthy condition,
the buyer may return it to the seller, who shall have six months to test it. If the
animal then proves to be a non-breeder, a satisfactory exchange will be made
or the purchase price refunded (The American Salers Association customary
recommended rules) Guarantee does not apply to sick or injured animals.
