Inspectionof Cattle:
Cattlemay be inspected prior to sale
day at the Cherry Creek Ranch.

catalog. Will be available through Harding & Harding. Jiim

Terms:
Cash - please settle for cattle promptly. Retaining
1/3 breeding interest on all bulls in the sale.
Health:
Interstate health papers will be provided on all
cattle selling.
Brand Inspection:
Bulls brand inspectionwill be provided
on cattle selling
Trucking & Delivery:
We will feed and deliver the bulls
until March 20, 2018 free of charge. Most likely, the bulls
will be delivered the last week of March, however we
cannot guarantee day of delivery. Bulls are delivered at
the buyer’s risk, in case of death or injury. For buyers who
need to leave their bulls a little later, feed will be at cost
and we ask that you make arrangements for delivery or
pick them up. Bulls will be delivered free of charge up to
250 miles (up to 500 if purchase is six bulls or more) after
that, we will charge at cost. There will be a $200 discount
per bull if taken sale day, or a $100 refund if buyer picks
up bull by April 1, 2018.
Liability:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own
risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the
animals. TheOwner,AuctionService, or SaleStaff assume
no liability for property loss or accidents that may occur.
Lunch:
Complimentary lunch will be available sale day.

Past experience indicates that if the weather
is questionable in your area and your travel plans seem
doubtful, please listen to your local radio for our sale
announcements.
