On behalf of the Oklahoma Brangus Breeders I would like to welcome you to our 2016 Spring
Sale. We truly appreciate your interest in our cattle and Spring Sale. For those of you that have
made purchases in the past we appreciate your continued support.
Our bull offering is very strong with many sired by top AI sires. We also have a nice set of
Registered females to offer and they should make excellent replacements. Several bulls and
females will have Geonomic Enhanced EPDs and be parent verified. We have included a very
informative article on DNA and Geonomic Enhanced EPDs in our catalog by Dr Megan Rolf
of OSU.
We also have some nice groups of open commercial heifers ready to breed this spring and a
nice set of pairs offered by our registered consignors as of catalog print time.
Dr Tommy Perkins, IBBA Executive Vice President will be joining us Friday afternoon about
4:30 to answer questions pertaining to anything Brangus. Plan to join us. Dr Perkins does a
great job answering questions and explaining our programs. Our OBA meeting will follow at
6:00 pm.
Our Oklahoma Brangus Assoc Sale is one of the longest running Brangus sales in the country.
The dedication from our members has continued to make this sale a very good opportunity
to purchase top Brangus genetics. This set of cattle will go down as one of the best offered by
our group.
If you purchase bulls at this sale or have purchased Bulls in past OBA sales we would be glad
to offer you the opportunity to consign commercial females to this or one of our upcoming
sales.

bid on DVAuction. You do have to call DVAuction and get prequalified to bid online ahead of
sale time. Also quite a few lots are videoed and available for viewing on the DVAuction site.
