auction block regarding the cattle selling in this sale will take
precedence over any printed information.

All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The
owners, sale management, and hosts assume no liability for loss or
damages however so caused.
TRUCKING
Responsible trucking available. Trucking is the responsibility
of buyer. Consignors will gladly help to make arrangements for
trucking. All animals become the responsibility of new owner
upon end of sale.
