Inspection of cattle:
Cattle may be viewed at respective
ranches any time prior to February 4. Cattle will be available to
view at Mobridge Livestock February 6. No cattle will be sold prior
to sale date.
Liability:
Any persons attending this sale do so at their own risk,
legal or otherwise, for their safety. The owner, auction service, sale
staff, and anyone else connected with this sale assume no liability
for property loss or any accidents that may occur.
Announcements:
Any announcements from the block will
take precedence over the sale book. Bidding disputes will be
settled by the auctioneer.
Breeders Guarantee:
All bulls are unconditionally
guaranteed for first breeding season. Breeders will offer full credit
and or bull replacement if problem occurs.
Ownership:
Cattle are the property of the buyer as soon as
they are sold.
Wintering/Delivery:
$100 Discount if bulls/females are taken
home sale day. Bulls/females will be wintered at the buyer's risk
until April 1, 2016. Arrangments for deliver must be made before
April 1. Free delivery within 250 miles of respective ranches.
