TERMS
The terms of the sale are cash and all settlements must be
made at the close of the auction. All cattle will sell according
to the terms and conditions of their respective breed. Baxter
Angus will retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls sold.
GUARANTEE
Baxter Angus -
I guarantee that all breeding cattle sold are fertile to the best
of my knowledge, both bulls and females. If a bull is injured
at any time following the sale and during the first breeding
season, he will be replaced or you can be issued credit equal
to the purchase price minus the salvage value received
for that bull. If a female would be determined to be a
non-breeder, then we ask that you would sell her and accept
the difference as credit. Credit does not expire. I would ask
that you contact me before you cull your animal.
Wagner Herefords -
Your new bull will be guaranteed for his first 60 day breeding
period. If he fails to breed the seller will provide a suitable
replacement or credit buyer at next sale. We recommend
that all bulls be semen tested prior to being turned out to
pasture. Please contact seller before you cull your animal.
Bred Heifers: All bred heifers are considered “safe with calf”
day of sale, and will be considered a breeder, no further
guarantees will apply.
ABSENTEE BIDDING
If you would like to place a bid but are unable to attend the
sale, please direct your bid to any of the owners or sale staff.
You may also bid online as the sale will be broadcast live on the
Internet at
HERD HEALTH
Baxter Angus -
All calves are vaccinated in the fall for IBR,
BVD, PI3, 7way, one shot and poured. All the bulls have had
one foot rot shot. All heifers in the sale have been Bangs
vaccinated, preg checked open, and tested clean for BVD.
Wagner Herefords -
All sale cattle are in excellent health
and have been poured with Dectomax. Coming two year old
bulls have been semen tested and scrotal measured. Bred
Heifers have had all pre-breeding shots and two scour guard
shots. If you have any health questions feel free to contact

DELIVERY
We offer three options for our bull buyers:
1. Take your bull home sale day, save $50 per bull.
2. Free delivery 200 miles from seller, and cooperate on
further distances. We recommend insurance.
3. Seller will board your bull until April 15th. We recommend
insurance.
All bred heifers to be taken home day of sale.
INSURANCE
Animals will be at the buyer’s risk immediately following the
sale and we strongly recommend purchasing insurance.

If you want your registration papers transferred a $10 charge
will be added.
PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
All printed EPDs in this catalog are the most current EPDs.
All information is correct to the best of our knowledge. A
supplement sheet will be provided sale day for ultrasound and
carcass data.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements from the block will take precedence over the
sale book.
