Members and Supporters,
We are excited to bring you this catalog and can’t wait to see you in Birmingham, Alabama on February 26th
and 27th! The Auction Committee has worked hard to put together a great show!
We are going to be back at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center in Exhibit Hall 3. We are still selling
booths and have already booked some new exhibitors as well as the exhibitors who come back every year.
If you are interested in a booth and haven’t reserved one, please take a minute and fill out the online
registration form and reserve your space now. We have exhibitors from your back door to many states away.
There is something for everyone on display! Thank you to our exhibitors! You always bring your best and our
show would not be the same without you!
We have a lot in store for you so mark your calendars and don’t miss a thing! There is a schedule of events
on page 8 of this catalog. Please take a minute and fill out your registration form on the website today. After
February 15th the price of admission goes up! All ADA members in good standing get in free as long as you
register before February 15th. If you have not renewed your membership, get it in with your registration!
Our auction will be done by the one and only Shawn Sayre! Shawn knows our deer like no other auctioneer
and we appreciate him coming to Alabama to help us make this a great auction! We also appreciate
DVAuction for helping our buyers who can’t make it have access to the great opportunities we have here in
Alabama. For the online buyers, we appreciate you taking a look at what we have going on here!
We have 46 of the best consignments you will find. It continues to amaze all of us what we are doing here
and our members are growing some of the biggest and best you will find ANYWHERE! Let’s face it, our
consignors have put together some great opportunities for buyers so bid high and bid often!
We also appreciate the sponsors who have helped with everything from pens, bags, lanyards, note pad, free
beer and 4-wheelers! We appreciate the generosity of all of our sponsors!
You aren’t going to believe the donations we have! We have some first-time donors and some that support
the Alabama Deer Association every time we need them to. Our association is what it is today because of the
donors who open up and give us their best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
We would like to thank Belinda and her staff for the hard work and dedication to this event
