• All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions of the Ameri-
can Simmental Association. Terms of the sale are cash.
• A Volume Discount of three percent (3%) off of the purchase price of
three or more bulls is offered.
• Feeding Arrangements are available with delivery scheduled sale
day.
• A supplement sheet containing carcass, scrotal and average daily
gain information will be available sale day. EPD’s may change
between catalog print date and the date registration papers are
received.
• A customer appreciation lunch is served sale day, with a Buyer’s Ap-
preciation Supper after the sale.
• We would like to reserve the option to collect semen for future in-herd
use on any of the bulls in the sale at the cost of Dakota Xpress and
at the convenience of the buyer, in the event that we feel that one of
these bulls is deserving of semen collection to use AI.

2014 bulls are developed at each individual ranch. Dakota Xpress
extends a invitation to visit each individual ranch for a veiwing of
both the bull and female consignments.
• Directions to Mandan Lake Simmental Ranch (MLC)
:
• From Center: go 5 miles east, 6 miles north, 1 1/4 miles east.
• Directions to Hansen Simmental Ranch (HSR)
:
• From U.S. Highway 83, turn west onto Highway 23. Go west 13
miles. At 184th Street, turn north 3 miles and then west 2 miles.
• Directions to Kunkel Simmental Ranch (DKSR):
• From New Salem, go 7 miles south on County Road 85. Turn
west at the large John Deere mailbox, which brings you into the
Kunkel driveway.
