SydGen Prefix
For those of you new to our program, we operated as Sydenstricker
Angus Farms for many years and used the “S A F” prefix to name the
cattle born here. Beginning with the Spring 2001 calf crop, we have
operated as Sydenstricker Genetics, both to signify the business we
are in and to bring forth a unique new logo and naming prefix for our
cattle, “SydGen.” That is why you will see many SydGen pedigrees
with “S A F” sires and dams.
