When you invest in our program for your herd sires, you are also investing in our belief system as well: we will make sure that you are treated fairly,
we will do everything in our power to ensure that you get your money’s worth, and perhaps most importantly, we will provide you with the opportunity
to have your cows bred. Period. We hold ourselves to a high customer service standard, and we hope that you will hold us to those same standards as
well. With that being said, we are extending to you a very fair and very honest guarantee, in writing no less. For those of us in the beef industry, it is no
secret that acquiring the right genetics that will prove to be profitable and effective when breeding, can tie up a good bit of capital in the beginning all
to try and justify the investment. Southern Cattle Company has researched and studied many industry guarantees, and we stand behind our offer as it
is what is fair for both parties, the customer/buyer making the investment as well as the breeder/Southern Cattle Company doing its best to provide the
best genetic package available with a sustainable guarantee.
Guarantee:
Please consider insurance on your investment. It’s very affordable, and it can give you coverage above and beyond what we can guarantee. We can
assist you with obtaining insurance, should you choose this option.

Example coverage: Full “all Risks” of mortality for death from Natural causes or humane destruction because of a life-threatening injury. The
endorsement for Accident, Sickness & Disease (ASD) Infertility provides coverage in the event of permanent impotency, infertility or inability of the
bull to naturally service cows because of an accident, sickness, or disease sustained during policy period.
Southern Cattle Company 3-Year Guarantee:
•
All Consolidated Genetic Solutions/Southern bulls that sell for over $4,000.00 and fail to pass a breeding soundness exam due to infertility, feet or
leg structural soundness, broken penis (Note: full coverage in single bull breeding pastures and 50% prorated coverage for broken penis, broken
legs, and other injuries on Multi-sire breeding pastures), will be guaranteed for 3 years from time of sale prorated. Note: guarantee will be satisfied
as credit to our next bull sale and not redeemable in cash, however should we have an acceptable replacement in inventory slotted as a private
treaty bull and the purchaser need one prior to the sale this could be an option if both parties agree.
- Example: First year 100% less salvage value, second year 67% less salvage value, and third year 33% less salvage value. On all bulls over
$4,000.00.
- All bulls offered are sold as satisfactory potential breeder by our DVM.

This guarantee does not cover any negligence, mismanagement, disease, or act of God.

All guarantees must be examined by a veterinarian and a detailed vet certificate must be supplied by the purchaser to the seller at the time of prog-
nosis. Note: Southern Cattle Company reserves the right to have a bull’s semen/fertility rechecked by one of our approved vets.
