TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cattle will sell under the Terms and Conditions as recommended by the
American Angus Association. Terms of sale are cash unless other pay-
ment terms are arranged prior to the sale. All purchases are to be settled
at the conclusion of the sale unless approval has been given for purchaser
to be invoiced. All cattle will remain at Southern Cattle Company until
proper settlement is made. Any cattle not settled in 30 days will be sub-
ject to 2% interest charge per month.
SEMEN INTEREST
Consolidated Genetic Solutions will retain one-third revenue sharing and
semen interest on every bull selling. Buyer retains full possession and full
salvage value.
VOLUME BUYER DISCOUNT
If you purchase six (6) or more bulls, you will receive a 5% discount.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
A supplemental sheet will be available on sale day with complete and
up-to-date information. Announcements from the auction block take
precedence over sale book information.
