grand dam, Miley Cottontail, now a headliner in Sloup’s donor pen, brought $45,000 for 1/2 interest when she sold in Sander’s Head of the Class sale. Upper
Class himself topped Sandeen’s 2012 sale commanding $55,000 for 1/2 interest while just 2 years later his dam, Donna 7386, brought $140,000. Upper Class
has got a ridiculously amazing ability at putting a ton of rib and internal dimension into a set of calves, yet with that much depth and body they’ve still got style
and balance. Combined with Sweet Gem, it was a winning combination! This girl has got class, a well proven pedigree and style to burn!

are a lot of things about the NAILE that makes it iconic to many people. The green shavings. The lights. The organ playing in Freedom Hall. It is always
exciting when November rolls around and the trailers pull into Louisville. As we welcome you to the 2015 NAILE Select, first off we want you to know that with the
speculation that has been swarming about the future of the NAILE, the Simmental breed has held strong to holding Louisville at high value. This event is important to the
Simmental breed and will continue to be for many years.
With that said, Simmental breeders remain confident that the NAILE Select Sale is the place to market outstanding Simmental genetics. It is always exciting to as
the nominations come rolling in to see the genetics that breeders from across the U.S. are offering to their peers. There isn’t much you can say that will do justice to cover
all the cow families and outstanding genetics that are throughout this book. As you flip through the pages, there are embryos, opens, breds, and a select offering of bulls
that will add a lot of value to any herd. When these cattle get lined up in Louisville beneath those blue curtains, boy it is exciting to see these genetics come together.
Long time Simmental breeder Dave Nichols is being inducted into the Saddle & Sirloin on Sunday evening, and we are honored to be assisting Dave market his
Foundation gift for the Foundation. This female has exceptional data and sells along with her heifer calf that reads well on paper as well. Dave has been a great advocate
