Terms of the sale are cash or check unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been
made prior to the sale. A representative will be on hand sale day if you wish to insure your
purchases. Please note: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. A C H
Holdings, LLC, or any other consignors, consultants or auctioneer do not assume liability,
legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
All settlements are to be made with the clerks of the sale immediately following the
conclusion of the sale and before any cattle will be released from the sale premises.

SEMEN AND EMBRYOS
Semen and embryos will be available for pickup at the sale unless otherwise noted. If
not picked up sale day semen and embryos will ship from MultiGen Reproductive Solutions,
located in Stanford, Kentucky. Free shipping available, to one location, on sales of $1,200 of
semen or embryos.

Load out will begin after settlement has been made at the conclusion of the sale.
Each animal will be at purchaser’s risk as soon as sold.
TRUCKING & HOLDING
Reliable truckers will be available for shipping. All cattle must be removed from sale
facility by Noon, Sunday, October 4.
Cattle can be fed, watered and cared for, at purchaser’s risk, for a reasonable
time, at A C H Holdings LLC Farms. Contact Stephen Haynes at 270.799.8685 to
