MESSAGE FROM POSTHAVEN LIMOUSIN
Dear Limousin Breeders,
On behalf of Posthaven Limousin, I would like to invite you to The Foundation Sale, hosted by the Stephen Haynes family of Bowling
Green, Kentucky. I wish to thank Stephen for his willingness to host the sale and for allowing us to consign to the sale.
Posthaven Limousin, located in Alma, Ontario, Canada, has been breeding polled Fullbloods since 1995. We have placed a heavy
emphasis in outcross genetics since 2002. Sires have been imported from the U.S., France and Denmark. We have had some
reasonable success finding the right sires to mate with our North American bloodlines. The EPDs will only become accurate after
years and generations. However, Posthaven has produced and successfully marketed six OUTCROSS sires. Semex has purchased
two sires and semen was sold on four sires to France, Germany, Ireland and the U.S. Embryos have also been marketed to France,
Germany, Australia and the U.S. Cattle have been marketed to four Canadian provinces and to seven states in the U.S. The animals
offered in the sale are offspring from imported sires and/or mated to Posthaven OUTCROSS sires.
All animals will be delivered to Bowling Green, Kentucky, one week prior to the sale and will be awaiting your appraisal. This is
your opportunity to purchase different genetics that will enhance your existing bloodlines. If you have any questions, feel free to
call me at 519/766-7178.
Sincerely,
E. John Post
