• This relatively new addition to the Cottonwood breeding program is a growth
and carcass trait standout. He posted individual performance of BW ratio 98,
WW ratio 109, YW ratio 110, ADG ratio 111, and REA ratio 113. 27 progeny
of Pepper have undergone ultrasound evaluation and he has posted an
average IMF ratio 105.
• Only 2 bulls in the entire Angus breed can meet or exceed his carcass EPDs of
CW, MB, RE and Fat.His $F ranks in the top 4%and his $B is easily in the top 1%.
• The dam of Pepper is an up-and-coming young cow in the Ponca Creek
program that posted incredible individual performance for both growth
and ultrasound measures. Currently she records progeny ratios of 3BR99,
3NR110, and 3YR113 with 3REA109.

Angus, ND.

traits and revealed his 6.3% IMF and 14.9” RE.
• Passport has proven to be a superior performance sire boasting a BWR
54@100, WWR 54@103 and YWR 34@103 with calves born in 4 herds.
