Air Travel
St. Paul is 60 miles east of Hutchinson and is served by most major
airlines. Private planes may land at Hutchinson Municipal Airport.
Terms and Conditions
Terms of Sale: CASH. Each animal will be sold to the highest
bidder. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids. Cattle
will not be released until settlement is made unless other
arrangements have been made in advance.
Guarantee:
We guarantee the heifers to be breeders, but
reserve the right to test any animal that may be returned to us
as a non-breeder for 90 days before making an adjustment.
Cattle will be returned at buyer’s expense and, if declared as
a sound breeder by a competent veterinarian, cattle will be
returned at buyer’s expense. In case an adjustment is required,
it will be made with a replacement of equal value of the animal
in question or credit on the purchase of another animal. No
adjustments on any animals will be made after 10 months from
date of sale.
Announcements:
All announcements at the sale by the owners
or auctioneer concerning the cattle will take precedence over
statements in the sale catalog.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own
risk. The owners or management assume no liability, legal or
otherwise, for any accidents that might occur.
Health:
All cattle will have interstate health charts required for
shipping into other sections of the United States. All bred females
will have been pregnancy examined. All females have been
calfhood vaccinated.
Registration Certificates:
The animals will be transferred at
the owner’s expense. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk
proper name and address for transfers.
EPDs:
The EPDs are current as of November 2, 2017.
