is without question a true power bull that can add enormous performance to whatever he is bred to. They also have a really clean appearance
and a great disposition. After seeing the first two calf crops sired by OMAHA we were comfortable he was likely the terminal sire his EPD¶s were
predicting, but after seeing his first daughters go into production this past spring, we are going to hold off on our predictions and allow the daughter data
decide. Plain and simple,
his daughters are looking really nice,
so let’s give it a year or so and let the daughter data speak for itself.

Sons of
We mated a couple heifers to OMAHA just so we could get some calving data out of heifers. We sure don’t suggest this as a regular practice, but we didn’t touch one at calving. Yes, they
were a little bigger than the true heifer bulls we used in the same contemporary groups, but they were born unassisted. This OMAHA son is one that came out of a two year old NIGHTRIDE
daughter. He has a 93 BW ratio and a 111 WW ratio. Due to the cross on NIGHTRIDE, he is the lowest BW EPD and highest CE EPD of the OMAHA sons, so anyone wanting to try an
OMAHA son, yet be a little conservative, this bull may work for you.
