Announcements from the auction block will take
precedence over printed material.
Trucking:
Free delivery within South Dakota and adjacent states.
We will start delivering bulls as soon as possible.
Discounts:
– Take $50 off purchase if you haul your own bull sale day.
– Volume Discount - Any one-family ranching operation purchasing
3 or more bulls will receive a discount of $50 per bull.
Breeder’s Guarantee:
All animals sold are guaranteed breeders by the
owner. Any animal that hasn’t proven himself a breeder within six months
after date of sale, if in healthy condition, may be returned to seller at the
buyer’s expense. Seller reserves the privilege of trying for a period of six
months to prove the animal a breeder; the animal will be returned at the
buyer’s expense. Should the animal fail to prove a breeder, the seller - at his
option, may either replace the animal with another of equal quality in full
settlement and satisfaction of all claims or give credit for the next year’s sale.
All complaints regarding breeding difficulties must be reported in writing
to the seller with the time limit as specified above and in good condition.
Registration:
All cattle are registered (unless otherwise noted) and proper
certificates will be transferred upon buyer’s request. Buyer must notify seller
the day of sale if they would like the papers transferred.
Liabilities:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Every
precaution has been exercised for the safety and welfare of those attending
the sale. Wieseler Angus and Hub City Livestock assume no liability, legal or
otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.

will be available sale day
All cattle are considered free by pedigree or blood tests of the following
genetic defects: NA (Water Head), AM (Curly Calf) and CA.
We will retain 1/3 semen interest and
revenue sharing on all bulls selling.
