to our 8th Annual Bull & Female Sale
Welcome to our 8th Angus production sale. With all the ups and downs in the cattle industry,
it is still a great time to be in the business. I believe it will be here for a long time to come with
optimism still at an all-time high. Your support of our genetics is certainly appreciated.
We know that without the help and support of all you great cattlemen, we would not still be in
operation. We continue to try to bring you the cattle that genetically and economically perform,
to enhance the profitability of all ranchers. We are still very strong in preserving Scotch Cap
genetics, yet we sample some of the top genetics available to make sure we have the best product
available to offer to you, our customer.
Our 2013 sale has taken that next step in quality. We have a good selection of calving ease sires,
along with growth and performance bulls. We will again offer a superb selection of Simmental
and Sim-Angus bulls, along with our guest consignor, Beth and Cody Baloun of Rocky Knoll
Cattle, who also consigned the Reserve Champion Simmental Bull at the Watertown Winter
Farm Show and showed first in class at the Black Hills Stock Show®.
The females in the sale are a sample of some of the top genetics we have to offer.
The bulls and females have been developed on a practical, high roughage ration that will en-
able them to perform in all working environments. We fully guarantee every animal to be sound
and fertile, for we are not satisfied unless our customers are satisfied.
We sincerely hope our new schedule and location do not inconvenience anyone. Please let us
