All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. The
Warners, sale management, and/or the auctioneer assume
no liability for accidents, theft or damages on the sale site.
Sale Day Meal
Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon at the sale facility.
Supplement Sheet
A supplement sheet will be available sale day with any
additions or corrections to the catalog. Any information
on the supplement sheet or announced from the block will
take precedence over the catalog.
Health Terms
All health work on the sale cattle has been done by Dr.
Mike Slattery- 308-340-5178. All cattle will have all tests
and the paperwork to travel anywhere in the Continental
United States.
Terms and Conditions
All cattle will be sold at auction under the standard terms
and conditions recommended by the American Gelbvieh
Association. Terms of the sale will be cash, check or credit
card at the conclusion of the sale unless prior arrange-
ments are made. WE RETAIN 1/3 SEMEN INTEREST IN ALL
BULLS SOLD IN THIS SALE.
